Paul Lawrence Vann's leadership expertise found its genesis as a United States Air Force officer. Over the course of his 20 year military career, he lead people and managed multi-billion dollar acquisition programs upwards of $3.6 billion. Paul attended every leadership school the USAF had to offer and negotiated contracts on behalf of the US government with foreign countries. That's not all, he worked as a legislative assistant for a year on Capitol Hill while assigned as a Capitol Hill Fellow and worked with House and Senate members and staff.
He is a dynamic speaker, he brings incredible energy to each of his presentations and it's contagious. Paul's educational background is extensive and includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Shaw University, a master's degree in business management at Central Michigan University, and a master degree in contracts and acquisition management at Florida Institute of Technology. Paul invests in the lives of citizens in that he volunteers to work on several committees for Governor Martin O'Malley of Maryland, working with immigrant integration and providing financial literacy to students in all schools in Maryland and the business community as well.
